How can I create a password?

  1. Click on the "New" button.

  2. Select item.

  1. Select the nature of the password. Depending on the type of password, the fields to select will vary. For this guide, the template for "Login" will be used.

  1. Register the name. The kebab-case format should be used for password registration. The structure should be as follows: system-role-application/page-environment.

  1. Select the folder to which the new password will belong.

  1. Enter the username and password. The password can be automatically generated by the system.

  1. Enter the authentication key (optional).

  1. Enter URI(s) and Detection Type (optional).

  1. Add additional notes (optional).

  2. Add custom fields (optional).

  1. Select the personal or group property to which you belong. For personal passwords, the personal email should be used. For passwords related to the business, assign them to Logic Kernel.

Choose the collection or collections to which the password will belong. If necessary, request IT permissions to add passwords to the collections of a project.

  1. Select whether the master password should be requested again.

  1. Save.
