Create an account

  1. Access the Board de IT on GitLab.

  2. Create a new issue with the title "Create VaultWarden account for " followed by the name of the requesting collaborator.

  1. Select the Internal Support template.

  2. Fill in the relevant fields.

  3. Assign a Support Engineer to the issue.

  1. Notify Support Engineer via Telegram of the creation of the issue along with the link.

  2. Support Engineer will register the user's registration.

  3. Complete the account creation process with the company email.

  4. Validate that Support Engineer approved the registration.

  5. Request IT through a ticket access to the password collections of the projects that are assigned for consultation.
