Create a milestone in GitLab

1. Within any project a bar will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

   
2. Position the mouse on "plan" and click on "milestones".

   
3. Click "new milestone."

   
4. Within the "new milestone" page the following information will be displayed:

   1. Title: Title of the milestone (For monthly releases the nomenclature will be w-<# week>.

   2. Start Date: Start date of the milestone.

   3. Due Date: End date of the milestone.

   4. Description: Description of the milestone (Within it it is recommended to add the start date of the milestone and the end date, e.g.: From January 1 to January 5, 2024).

5. Finally click on "Create milestone".
