To close an issue there are 3 ways, from the board, bulk change, from the issue screen, it is necessary that before closing an issue it has complied with its flow or, failing that, that it is no longer relevant.
Click on "Edit board".
A pop-up will open with 2 options in the checkbox, click on "Show the Closed list".
An additional bar called "Closed" will open where the issues must be dragged to be closed.
You will have to be in the bulk issues view.
Click on the upper left corner where it says "Bulk edit".
When you click on the issues, they will have a checkbox for you to select the issues to edit, in this way you can make mass editions of issues such as: change, remove or add; assignee, issue status (open or closed), labels and milestones.
On the issue screen at the end of it there is the "close issue" option allowing you to close the issue.
